Our Story

Many professionals consider themselves fortunate to work with one or two exceptional teams over the course of their career, or to collaborate with a leader they genuinely trust, respect, and enjoy working with. This is a shame! I believe that with the right guidance, many average teams and leaders can be elevated to “best in career” status.

 

My name is Jeff Temple, and I am the founder of Temple Leadership Consulting. I consider myself one of the lucky ones, having had the privilege of working with multiple outstanding leaders and teams throughout my career. These experiences have profoundly shaped my approach to leadership and provided me with valuable insights into what makes great leaders and high-performing teams thrive.

After 15 years of developing and implementing global leadership development programs in the corporate world, my wife and I decided to take a new direction in our lives. We embarked on a year-long sabbatical, traveling across the United States with our three young children. This time allowed us to reflect on our true passions at home and at work. For work, it always came down to three key areas:

 

Building development programs that leave a lasting impact.

Facilitating training sessions with the “wow factor.”

Uniting teams that move quickly, get sh#*! done, and are just fun to work with.

 

In January 2024, I founded Temple Leadership Consulting with the goal of leveraging my experience and tools to help leaders achieve their team development objectives. We have partnered with companies that offer best-in-class tools, training, and programs focused on self-awareness, building trust, leading teams, and more.
